Description:
Tenders are invited for The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is the supply and delivery of water bottles, hot and cold water dispensers for the Ministry for Energy, Enterprise and Sustainable Development. The dispensers shall be provided free of any charges. They shall be made of white plastic/polyethylene and have a hot and cold function. The CA reserves the right to request the provision of other dispensers during the running of the contract. All maintenance costs in respect of the leased dispenser must be borne by the Contractor. The dispensers will remain the property of the supplier, and any maintenance to such dispensers is to be taken care of by the supplier. Repairs to the dispensers and/or bottled water shall be free of charge. Each bottle should be refillable and hold 19 litres of pure mineral water. Bottle will need to fit in the provided dispensers. Each bottle of water must have a safe tamper-proof non-spill cap, be made of strong material and allow visibility of its contents.
