Description : This call for quotation is for general handyman services at the Ministry for Energy, Enterprise and Sustainable Development, on a monthly basis for a twelve (12) month period, with the possibility to extend for a further six (6) months. These include, but are not exclusively limited to, the following: • Regularly perform maintenance jobs, and light repairs as requested • Regularly perform minor renovation works, including gypsum, aluminium, plumbing and lighting installation • Perform minor internal jobs such as fixing door handles, replacement of glass panels and carrying out routine door and window maintenance • Perform all plumbing works and installations as required. This will include the installation of pipes and fixtures, including all necessary support prior to installation, assembling of fittings and valves for installation, modifying the length of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing materials etc. etc.
