Description:
The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is for the Services of Legionella Testing in various Premises with the Primary HealthCare in Malta and Gozo. Estimated quantity - 125 as provided in the Contract Documents section document, titled Financial Bid Form for an 18-month contract. Execution of service is to be done within 1 week from issuance of Local Purchase Order/Confirmation of Order. All the testings shall be completed within 16 - 20 Weeks. Estimated Procurement Value for this purchase is that of €4,937.50 excl. VAT.
