- The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is to seek Financial Offers from interested Economic Operators through the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS) in line with the Public Procurement Regulations for the procurement for the Supplies of Multipurpose Compost bales or bags which are to be supplied periodically according to the needs of Project Green, as request by its representative for the period of 12 months on an ‘if and when required- basis, or until all financial commitment has been used up, whichever comes first.
