Description:
The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is for the Servicing and Maintenance of HVAC Systems at Gozo General Hospital. Estimated quantity - as provided in the Contacts Documents section Financial Bid Form for the duration of 6 months. Provision of services in relation to this contract is that the Contractor is to perform servicing and maintenance to all HVAC systems which are installed and in operation within the GGH Campus. The service shall consist of a one- time examination of all systems within the contract duration of 6 months, a 24-hour emergency call-out repair service with an immediate response time of one (1) hour, upgrades, adjustments, cleaning and supply of parts to keep the HVAC units running in good working condition. A site visit in relation to this call is scheduled for Monday, November 13th at Main Reception, Gozo General Hospital, Triq L-Arcisqof Pietru Pace, Victoria at 10am. Estimated Procurement Value for this purchase is that of €9,840.00 exc. VAT.
