Description:
Tenders are invited for The Mellieha Family Park includes a multi-purpose rubberised ground which is enclosed with a high rigid fence made of steel pipe and net. An underground multi-purpose facility lies beneath the ground of this area, so that the ground slab forms the roofing system of the said underground multi-purpose facility. A steel fencing bordering the ground has deteriorated over the years and as a result water seeped below the rubber surface and base layer of the made-up ground and into the underground facility. This procurement is intended for removal of the steel fencing, the rubber surface and base layer, to enable repairs/reconstruct the base structure for the rigid fencing system and re-lay the rubber surface and related finishing works.
