The services required will include, but is not limited to, the following: • Setting Out • Topographic Surveys • Surveying of Structures and land surveys • 3D Digital Scanning • Site photography with geolocation capture of imagery • Surveying of location, spread, ground and crown level of existing trees / vegetation and identification of species of trees and other vegetation. • Blow-up details of particular elements • Deterioration mapping on facades • Preparation of reports and drawings • Other duties related to Building and Land Surveying
