Description:
The Contracting Authority is in the process of issuing a tender for the procurement of an Enterprise Resource Planning system to be implemented across all of the Contracting Authority-s sites in Malta and Gozo. The awarded contract will be for a period of seven years which includes a full implementation period of two years and five years thereafter, subject to further extensions beyond seven years at the Contracting Authority-s request. This will cover the core modules of the ERP in accordance with the specifications given in the technical requirements of the tender and will cover a weighbridge management system that has to interface seamlessly with the ERP system. Economic operator/s need to specify with which ERP systems, the weighbridge management system can be interfaced. The interfacing of the weighbridge management system to the ERP system has to be dealt with primarily by the supplier of the weighbridge management system in collaboration with the supplier of the ERP system.
