Description:
Through this framework, MITA will be procuring Cisco® SMARTnet™ services under a consolidated framework agreement for a period of five (5) years including the following: 1. all future procurement of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that may be deployed during the defined contract period; 2. renewals of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that would have been procured during the contract term; 3. renewals of existing Cisco® SMARTnet™ contracts that MITA has entered into with other suppliers and that expire within different intervals throughout their contact term. This tender is being published as a competitive call that will be considered as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 154(1)(b)(ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations).
