- The purpose of this CfQ is the provision of reusable cloth wipes, muslin cloths, socks and mittens for babies with reduced environmental impact in line with the GPP Criteria for the Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Regeneration of the Grand Harbour. The supply and delivery of cloth wipes, muslin cloths, socks and mittens are part of the baby box project, which is being distributed to all registered new-borns in Malta and Gozo.
