Description:
The subject of this quotation is the Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Plastic bags for Ice Flakes for the Gozo Cold Stores, Rural Gozo Directorate, Ministry for Gozo and Planning. The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be at the Gozo Cold stores, Triq il-Biccerija, Xewkija, Gozo, as indicated in the Technical Specifications of this dossier or as may be directed by the Contracting Authority-s representative. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of Letter of Acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and excluding VAT.
