The subject of this quotation is the hiring, installation and operation of a lighting and power distribution system for the welcoming ceremony, part of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions taking place at Cathedral Square, Victoria, Gozo. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at Cathedral Square, Victoria, Gozo. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be from set-up until dismantling - on Tuesday 1st October, 2024 and Wednesday 2nd October, 2024, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
