Description:
The subject of this framework agreement is for the supply and delivery of disposable examination gloves to the Gozo Civil Abattoir within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning. The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be at the Civil Abattoir, Abattoir Street, Xewkija, Gozo, as and when required , the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the last signature on the contract or until the maximum contract value is exhausted whichever is the earlier and is to be used as and when required, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
