Description:
The subject of this quotation is the hiring, delivery, setup and dismantling of tables and linen for an event in Gozo as part of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR). The place of acceptance of the services shall be at the Aurora Expo Centre, Victoria, Gozo. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be from set-up until dismantling - between Monday 30th September 2024 to Friday 4th October 2024. The INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
