- Tenders are invited for • External Works and on Facade as follows: mobilisation of works; cleaning of existing façade; rendering and painting of the external ceilings and façade; removal of existing apertures; glazed aluminium elements; glazed Timber Apertures; metal works; external works; repair works; and de-mobilisation and cleaning of site; • Civil works as follows: mobilisation on site; alterations works; removal of internal walls and floors; excavation of trenches; construction of foundations; construction of internal HCB walls; construction of External Limestone wall; de-mobilisation and cleaning of site. • Provision of furniture, fittings and equipment. A Clarification or Site Visit will be held on Monday 22nd November 2021 at 10.00am at Comcen Gate 1, Luqa. Bidders must book before for the pass.
