Description:
The purpose of this Call for Quotations (CfQ) is to procure services related to the setting up of a main backdrop, panels and information stands for a public event to celebrate Europe Day, on 8 May 2026 between 9am and 1pm, in Freedom Square, Valletta. Services include design, artwork and printing of banners, production of wooden frames for the panels, installation of panels and carpet, and the leasing of desks.
