Description:
The purpose of this Call for Tender is for the Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Medical Gases Systems at Gozo General Hospital for the duration of 24 months with a possibility of a 6-month extension. Commencement of services will be done after 8 weeks from the bilateral endorsement of the contract and the subsequent requests for provision of services shall be executed within, periodic examination of all systems on a quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis, a 24-hour emergency call-out repair service with an immediate response time of six (6) hours, upgrades, adjustments, servicing, housekeeping, and supply of parts to keep the Medical Gases plant systems running in good working condition. A site visit in relation to this call is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21st meeting at the Main Reception, Gozo General Hospital, Triq L-Arcisqof Pietru Pace, Victoria at 10am. Estimated Procurement Value for this purchase is that of €98,400.00 exc. VAT.
