- The subject of this tender is to upgrade the existing SCADA system at the Ta- Barkat Sewage Treatment Plant, located in Xgħajra, Malta. This includes, but is not limited to, the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of all necessary hardware and software components, such as servers, workstations, supervisory software, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), required to fully restore SCADA functionality to at least the current operational level. The scope shall encompass all works necessary to ensure a seamless transition to the new system with minimal disruption to plant operations. This shall also include the provision of training to WSC employees before handing over.
